Update the greeter conf file for lightdm-gtk-greeter 1.8.

If indicator-power is installed, show it in the panel. Also the clock format has been made a little shorter by removing the year, which also isn't shown in xfce4-panel in the session. Using elementary-xfce-dark ensures better icons with Greybird's greeter theme.
