Public bug reported:

since 22.04 (minimal installation) I'm missing the "Open Terminal here"
option in the context menu (right-click) on/in any given folder.

It's just not there.

I've checked the Custom Actions menu, and they are listed there alright.
They just don't show up wherever I right-click :(...

Grateful for any input on how to fix this - upstream? :D
