Oliver,

my brother - windows expert - has visited me a week ago, and he
has made ClassFactory running under windows! I have that classfactory
working here. The only restriction is that ALL singletons to be really
singletons must reside in separate .dll file. It means that we must
separate Omega from yade-core. (all other singletons are in separate
.dlls). This code is compiling with mingw32 (visual studio can't do it).

I also made QGLViewer working with mingw32, and compiled some examples from Gilles.

And I also have compiled Qt4, and some examples for it.

I think that all the parts are working, we just need to make them work
together, to make yade for windows.

If you want to work on windows port of yade I can send it to you. It is
currently so big mess, that I haven't decided to put it in repository.

But if you prefer I can put it in repository.... - problem is that
tommorow early morning I have a bus to france for that conference in
Aussois. I doubt that I will have time to put it in repository before I go.
