Hello, this message is in fact for Vaclav mainly .

Currently, building the doxygen documentation takes a lot of time, and 
not only during first compilation.
I suggest that doxygen build should be made optional, and disabled by 
default.

Another question to Vaclav : will it be possible to use the command line 
mode that you showed me in Prague to call a list of commands in a batch 
file? If yes, it will be awesome as it will enable parametric studies 
without the hassle of generating large amounts of xml by hand.
