removing PhysicalActionContainerReseter?
What would you think about removing PhysicalActionContainerReseter and
call it in moveToNextTimeStep directly? (For initializer, this is an
obvious choice, but here I am not sure).

PS. The list of classes being removed is a bit longer than in the
previous post:
PhysicalAction, GlobalSitffness, Force, Momentum, MakeItFlat,
ResultantForceEngine, GlobalStiffnessCounter,
PhysicalActionVectorVector, PhysicalActionContainer.
