For the other prerocessors than TriaxialTest, they are waiting for
people who need them to be fixed. I changed TriaxialTest since it is a
relatively complicated one and a good indicator that some things work.

Trunk should always compile (unless noted otherwise), it is definitely a
bug if it doesn't. I don't spot some cases with my config (such as
compiler version, or openmp-less build etc), and it is good to know
about them (ML or bugs).
