Hi, I think this comes from interactions of main loops: matplotlib's
windows are using Tk, wherease Yade uses nothing or qt3. If it is just
one empty window that doesn't appear afterwards, I would just let it
be... Sorry.

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine: New

Bug description:
Hi,

when I press F8 during simulation to plot diagrams it shows graphs normally. But when I close it, an empty gray window appears.
The second F8 pressing does not show this empty window.

Is it a bug or it is only on my machine?
