That explains https://bugs.launchpad.net/yade/+bug/399963 . Now there is
15.5k steps for ScGeom and 16.5ksteps for Dem3DofGeom before the default
TriaxialTest stops. I will close that one. (Will commit fix for the
facet vertices as well).
