(I added you to yade-dev list, sorry if you didn't want that ;-) )

can you mail me over the formulas we used in stiffness and stress
tensors computation, as LaTeX? I will try to put it in the
Peri3dController documentation itself, to see if that works.

Is it ok if I change indices from 1,2,3 to 0,1,2?

I fixed the issue we had with submatrices and have some ideas on how to
specify cross-dependencies between stresses or strains.
