Still some issues, though not directly related to shift2; they borh
appear when running scripts/test/periodic-shear.py

1. Bo1_Facet_Aabb does not work correctly (in the script mentioned, z coord is the same for both min and max, although the facet is inclined)
2. The collider does not delete potential interactions when bboxes go out of overlap in the periodic case (??)

Bug description:
This bug was reported first by Jan at http://www.mail-archive.com/yade-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/msg02096.html. Interaction accross the periodic cell boundary are being missed apparently, as the attached script demonstrates.
