  1. Rename some stuff in Omega and Scene to make it consistent with python:
  Scene::currentIteration->Scene::iter
  Scene::getSimulationTime()->Scene::time
  Scene::getComputation...Time()->Scene::getComputationTime()
  Scene::stopAtIteration->Scene::stopAtIter 
  etc.
  2. Fix bug with per-class compilation (thanks to Sega for reporting)
