Hi, it landed in the last commit (sorry, I forgot to mention that in the
commit message). Please check it visually before building, it should
first install the debug version in the right dir (PREFIX=...), but only
the dbg part; otherwise we would have the same files in both packages,
which whould error out at installation. I also made the debug package
depend on the release one.

Bug description:
since debug plugins are now installed under the optimized build directory, they end up in the same debian package -- the dbg package is empty, while the other one has both. Not a big issue for now, I will solve that after a few days.; but report it as a bug to keep track of it.
