Hi,

two things before I commit the changes on CohesiveFrictionalContactLaw.

- the attribute isBroken in CohFricMat is never used in the code. Shall we
keep it?
- I have limited the value of the maximum plastic moment for the rolling
part (with relative option to not apply it). What about the maximum twist
moment?
