may I ask you what was the purpose of your test and why did you expect
something different? I think there is nothing wrong with your script and
there is no bug to me. I tried the same script with HMLaw with two different
forms of viscous damping. It works the same way in all cases. If you exclude
the damping, you will see that the moving particle will interact and then
fly away.
Nothing wrong to me.
