Speaking for myself and maybe other people in my Lab, it would be reassuring
to have someone as officially leading the development for the next future.
However, I do not think it is strictly necessary to declare it, as anyway we
are all (I hope) keeping an eye on commits/questions/problems and so forth.
Vaclav made a lot of introductions - many thanks - that permit now many
people to cope with Yade (and to my knowledge the code has really become
more and more popular since I started my PhD, I can assure you, thanks also
to documentation). Am happy if Bruno will take care to supervise the
project. Yade was born in Grenoble and it is nice to see that people from
that institution continue to care about the code.
As a last note, am confident that Vaclav will still be available if
important issues arise or if his opinion becomes necessary.
