Hi guys (Bruno?),

I want to do a biaxial test with Yade and I have the following proposal.
Would it be fine if I integrate particle generation (makeCloud) and the
stress controller (the periodic one) to the 2d case? I will be adding a bool
to distinguish the two cases. Let me know if it would be a problem to commit
it or if you have any alternative suggestion how to do it.
