  the option homoDeform=1 is incorrect

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Let's remember us that homoDeform=1 of the periodic case is not
  correctly implemented. The option would be meaningful if relative
  velocity computed in ScGeom was also updated according to the velocity
  related to the strain rate of the periodic space (Cundall's way). As
  it is now, it is NOT to be used.
