Title:
  bodies penetrating each other  in periodic BC

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In periodicSandPile.py, for instance, interactions are not dtected correctly and bodies penetrate each other.
  It is new (v0.7 works correctly for instance) and probably results from my own mistake. I'm out of office currently and can't fix immediatly. So, if you are using BCs better don't update right now. I'll fix ASAP.
