Hi, indeed the FAQ is outdated. I updated it. Now you should compile the code with
-DDEBUG=1 option and the yade will start in this mode. For other compilation option,
please, refer the documentations [1].

  yade-daily --debug wont start

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  just came over the FAQ entry about using debug mode. according to it
  you have to start yade using the --debug option. unfortunately yade
  tells me that there is no such option. Im using yade-daily.
