  O.resetTime is not compatible with VTKRecorder

  New

Bug description:
  reproduce:
  - run a simulation with active VTKRecorder for several steps
  - use O.resetTime()
  - run further

  -> VTKRecorder does not adapt changes done by O.resetTime()
