External module is not in the index because it doesn't exist, actually.
Removing deprecated content (your other bug report) made this content
disappear. I'm removing the link from the homepage.

  Two different toc of documentation on sphinx web site

Bug description:
  I dare a new bug, hoping it is more adapted than last time (please
  accept my apologies otherwise)...

  The two pages https://www.yade-dem.org/doc/index-toctree.html and
  https://www.yade-dem.org/doc/ do not show exactly the same contents.
  Especially, the existence of "external modules" appears through
  https://www.yade-dem.org/doc/, but not through https://www.yade-
  dem.org/doc/index-toctree.html, that make miss some info depending on
  how users browse the doc.

  If this is related to our files in doc/sphinx (and not sphinx-
  related), what do you think about correcting this issue ?
