  yade batch mode fails

Bug description:
  when I try to run yade in batch mode it always fails, giving the error
  in a log file:

  I am inline with the github revision
  5aa3f6f4856958a2062a0b8f0558857e86ee8a50 (Oct 16). The suggested
  ArchLinux link is dead.
