It seems yade-daily package for ubuntu 13.10 is still not built and
nobody knows why exactly yet (if Anton doesn't know, then nobody else
knows).
My suggestion is that you compile yade on your side, as a workaround.
See  https://yade-dem.org/doc/installation.html#source-code for
instructions.

That way you have no delay between code modification and distribution.
You get the sources code with "git clone", then if later you want to
update your version you simply type "git pull" (get changes from the
remote source repository), compile again, and you are up to date in a
matter of minutes.
We are all working that way as soon as we need high frequency updates,
and you may both be in that case if your works require modification of
the source code.
