It looks ok. Good job.
If your question concerns the fluid: it works well, way faster than
previous version. This time it seems that metis is still not used but
the direct solver from suitesparse is. Which is surprising to me. Did
you change something in cmake?

The PFV check script report metis missing but all the target values are
reached, this failure is actually quite a success (I turned this into a
warning in next version of the check test):
