  users manual outdated (example: SpherePadder description)

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  While working at users manual (fixing/updating refs and links) I
  detected, that SpherePadder is not more in the code, but still
  mentioned in doc.

  Is it replaced by another function?
  -> Then please update users manual.

  Is it completely removed?
  -> Delete the section in manual.
