Hi Bruno,

I think it is stable. I am currently running a simulation with this  
since 3 days and it didn't crash yet ... and of course no segfault  
anymore.^^

I had a look at the output of average pressure and it is more stable  
(20 +/- 4 kPa) than before (10 +/- 30 kPa). But if you find any  
problem or mistake, please let me know.

I think we can improve it a bit: Every call of updateStiffness will  
now lead to a loop over all engines. But we just need the loop done  
once. Also it does not check if FlowEngine is activated ...
