Title:
  output of saveVtk() of FlowEngine is not correct, when bodies are
  erased before first calc. step

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  reproduce:
  1. run the py file with yade (see attachment)
  2. open vtk files in vtk-out folder with paraview

  fix:
  1. set bug = False
  2. see point 1 and 2 above

  and also note, that 3 steps are done, but only 2 vtk files occur ...
