  Add warning about CGAL in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty
  
  It looks like the current Yade code is incompatible
  with CGAL version shipped in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty.
  The packaged are shipped in external Yade PPA on
  Launchpad.
