I didn't want everyone to read this page since many users have a
sufficient background to not need that.

The aim was to not type the same guidelines again and again (just give
the link) more than avoiding lazy questions. I'm not too afraid of
rudeness, everything is written politely. Sending questions away without
considering point 6 is much more rude honnestly.
