Title:
  Tutorial example script 04-periodic-simple-shear.py does not work

Status in Yade:
  New

Bug description:
  limitMeanStress=-5e5
  ...
  if stress.trace()/3.<limitMeanStress:
  ...

  but mean stress is only positive and increasing.
  normalShearStressTensors() function is used.

  Furthermore, it gives ZeroDivisionError in the beginning, which should
  also be improved
