I have just committed modifications in the trunk so that you can save
simulation from QtGUI. I added a "Save" button to simulation controller.

to have this feature you must take latest version from SVN, I'm not
making a new release just because of that feature :)

I just wanted to let you know about it.

also:
- you can change background color of simulation display
- drawBoundingVolume is fixed

PS: if you discover any bad behavior with saving please let me know!
