My problem was a mistake in some path.
I saw another problem today however (not on my PC) : scons checkings are 
ok for 10 compilations in a row, but at some point "glutGetModifier" is 
not found. It occures randomly apparently.  I tried  --force=config, 
just curious, but it looks like cached values are still used during lib 
checks.

Currently, the workaround is to disable glut's symbol loading 
(exec=False) in sconstruct, and assume opengl is installed correctly. It 
works, but there is for sure something strange going on.
