If you are calling isotropic compression the phase where we grow
particles, yes, it is what I meant.

How to prescribe porosity and psd without any load is an open question I
think. If this is what you have in mind, you should try and imagine a
new sort of algorithm (although maybe K. Bagi proposed something that
was almost doing that, not sure). There is for sure no script or magic
button to do that in Yade.

Saving /loading as suggested by tranviet will erase the interactions,
but it is a bit artificial since they will all be back after iteration
1.
