Christian Jakob confirmed that the question is solved:
I dont know what happend, but in my last calculation it seems, that the time step is ok now.
I detected, that I now have 7.25e-7 [s] ... :D
I simply included that isBroken flag into Law2...Capillarity.cpp and everything is fine?!
