Hello Chiara,

I am using b.sate.displ() to compute the displacement (see the
documentation, displ = pos-refPos, so it is the displacement from the
beginning of the simulation). Concerning visualization, the dieplacement
can be magnified in qt. Is this what you meant by visualize displacement?
