Check triax-tutorial, it shows a function to generate probability density functions of orientations.
Or do you have something else in mind?

yade.qt.Renderer().intrPhys=1

You can also modify these attributes in the "Display" tab of the GUI.

Besides displaying force chains is funny and popular, I still fail to
understand what is so interesting in the so called "chains". A topic for
a rainy day (allthough I'm not sure rain in Grenoble implies rain in
other places ;) )
