Kneib François proposed the following answer:
setContactFriction() is very usefull if you want to change all the materials and contact friction angles.
If you don't want to set the friction angle for the whole simulation you can modify it both in the desired material and in :
O.interactions[i,j].phys.tangensOfFrictionAngle = "tangent of the angle you want"
(in every Interaction that has to be modified).
