The 2 simulations were computed at the sametime and seems seperately. But I didn't use the batch mode, I just began the first one with "yade-daily --threads=4 1.py" then the second one with "yade-daily --threads=4 2.py". Did it infulence the compute efficiency?

There are acctually 11364 particles in my simulation. However as Anton said, the simulation run up to 30 million timesteps to reach my given total strain of specimen.
