Latifa El Ghezal is still having a problem:
Hello Jan, thank you for your interest,
I started cmake in the build directory
cmake -DINSTALL_PREFIX=/home/latifa/Desktop/yade
 /home/latifa/Desktop/yade/trunk-0.95.0
and then for compilation I used
sudo cmake install in the same directory.
