Hi Ricardo,

yade will "Use embedded version of gts", see line after the warning. You
can consider to install yade's external packages from
ppa:yade-users/external, see [1]. However, it seems pygts is not yet
available for Ubuntu 13.04. You can try later. But anyway, it should work
with the embedded version anyway.
