Quite helpful.
The error is an almost impossible one (InteractionLoop.cpp:132).

I look at you github branch and I see most of the Ip2 commented [1].
If you don't generate an interaction physics it will clearly not work. :)
You have syntax highlighting in your editor, yes?
With yade-daily your script works correctly (5+3730+52~ubuntu12.04.1).
