Thanks for your comment.
However, I used a trick. 
Actually, I generated 6 rigid planes and filled that with particles using triax engine. After a static condition was prevailed, I removed the rigid planes and imported the stl file to the simulation. As a result, I re-wrote the O.engine and now it works well.

Now I intend to bring fluid to the simulation and I faced an error.
Since the topic here is not relevant, I will open a new topic (question) soon.
