Dear Bruno,

Yes, the contact list should be updated for each sub-step of the Runge
Kutta Scheme. Furthermore, each sub-step should start calculation where
the main step starts. As the sub steps will modify the system, we should
supply unmodified version of the system for each sub-steps. Therefore,
it is a must to save the state of the system before starting a time step
and then load it before each sub-steps
