Re: [Question #247006]: Writing a new constitutive law
Question #247006 on Yade changed:

behzad majidi posted a new comment:
Alright, from what I understood so far;
Let's say I want to create a new constitutive law in which the contacts
between the spheres are governed by a Kelvin model(dashpot in parallel
with a spring) in series with another spring.
I this case I need a new InteractionPhysics.
The contact law will have three parameters two spring stiffnesses and a dashpot viscosity. It is supposed to be a bulk material ans so will need bonds between the spheres.
Do I need to define a new class of material?
Or we define a functor which creates the required InteractionPhysics?
Or both, even?!
We have already CpFrictMat which holds normal and shear cohesion. Can I
use that?
