For Ip2_FrictMat_CpmMat_FrictPhys see [1] (line 22)

But if you want actually to understand how contact parameters are
calculated in Concrete Particle Model, see Ip2_CpmMat_CpmMat_CpmPhys in
the same file (line 34)
