Thanks for the hints.

Law2+ tab is what I was looking for to make sure that the current version has the shown laws in [1]. 
However, I cannot find the cpp and hpp files of these models in Yade folder in my computer. 
I'm writing a new constitutive law and it's pretty useful to see for how different Iphys, Ip2 and Law2 classes are declared and implemented in hpp and cpp files.
