There is no direct way of defining a predicate for clumps but of course you can convert the space occupied by a clump to a predicate. I have no idea how your clumps look like. Depending on that and how accurate it needs to be you could:
1. use the dimensions of the bounding box of the clumps to create a aligned box and subtract it from your cylinder
2. create a sphere predicate for each sphere in the clump and subtract it from your cylinder
