Indeed, there is a mistake there.... You did not define only 2 engines, but two *lists of engines* ! 
O.engines is a *list of engine*, it corresponds to https://yade-dem.org/doc/yade.wrapper.html#yade.wrapper.Omega.engines.

It includes all the engines necessary to perform the DEM simulation you
want to do. See e.g. https://yade-dem.org/doc/user.html#base-engines,
https://yade-dem.org/doc/introduction.html#function-components and https
://yade-dem.org/doc/introduction.html#engines (Note that, as you're a
beginner, I advice strongly to read also other parts of the doc.)

Such script definition is in fact non-sense, and you ll have to correct
it. (Note that in fact, imposed movements on some bodies like your
piston can be achieved without using any engine, setting directly the
velocity of such body)
