Thanks for your answer. I will try one of theses solutions for my data.

I use VPRE in expressions of forces : f1 = - (gamma * VPRE ) + ( sqrt (2 * kB * T * Gamma / Delta T ) *Random.gauss (0,1) )
This equation is actually Langevin equation . ( https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89quation_de_Langevin).
I think it's correct.

I will try to work on this new law but but this seems a little
complicated for me a priori.
