Re: [Question #288608]: viscous damping in bonded particles

Question #288608 on Yade changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/yade/+question/288608

Description changed to:
Hi,

I am trying to make a simple model of some springs in series
configuration. I am using CohFricMat to create bonded particles. My
problem is that I cannot define viscous damping when I use
Law2_ScGeom6D_CohFrictPhys_CohesionMoment. I know this functor does not
use velocity based damping. So I have to use numerical damping, which is
not suitable for dynamic simulation (based on what I understood). Could
you help me how I can have a simple model of a few bonded particle with
viscous damping? ( I am trying to see free vibration of mass and spring
system in series configuration)

Thanks,
Reza.
